KERZHAKOV: SPAIN ARE GROUP FAVORITES
Russian forward Alexander Kerzhakov tips Spanish side as the favorites
of Euro-2008 Group D.

Russia will begin their finals campaign in Innsbruck on
June 1o against Spain and Sevilla striker Alexander Kerzhakov believes
Spanish champs will be Russia's main challenger in the section.
"All three teams are very dangerous, but our key challenger will
be Spain", said Kerzhakov to Sport Express.
"Moreover Russia will come up against Spanish side in our Euro-2008
opener and the first game is always very important."
"I think our key goal at this tournament is to show good play and
get pleasure from playing football."
"Many specialists dismiss Greece, however I wouldn't underestimate
this team."
"Greek side can boast their victory at the European championships
four years ago, but I lay special hopes on the Russian team since we will
try to surprise everyone."
"To my mind the opening match against Spain will become a tough test
for us and I am hopeful Russia will prove our worth to the whole world
in this particular game."
