Russia's well-known specialist Yuri Semin signed a contract
with the Ukrainian club after Lokomotiv sacked him from the post of the
team president.
"It's a great honor to take charge of a team with rich football traditions",
Semin shares his impressions with Sport Express readers.
"My contract is designed for two years and a half with a possibility
of extension."
"It is no sense of outlining Dinamo key goals since they are more
than evident - we need to win all the tournaments we take part in."
"These objectives are difficult to realize, but I missed coaching
job a lot and this is particularly what I need now."
"Dinamo Kyiv have perfect infrastructure that develops every year
so this job is the best I could dream of."
"The club has a strong selection department and the fact we have
top players in the squad doesn't exclude a possibility of acquiring new
ones."
"Russia and Ukraine are close countries and I don't think I will
have any problems of getting used to a new life-style."
"Our coaching staff undertakes a job of getting Dinamo out of a crisis
and I am hopeful we will do it as soon as possible."
