SEMIN BELIEVES IN RUSSIA

Yuri Semin believes Russian national team can win the European
crown.
"I considered it a big success for Russia to qualify from the group",
said Semin to Sport Express.
"However they showed so high-class football that I believe they are
capable to win European crown."
"Even in the opening game against Spain when they suffered a frustrating
defeat, I liked their play in attack and players' physical state."
"Russian players gained self-belief, while atmosphere in the team
is brilliant and friendly."
"The Russian Premier Liga became stronger. I watched matches of Belgian,
Dutch and Portugal championship and I see that Russian League is much
stronger."
"Zenit's triumph in UEFA Cup lifted the national team and its leading
