NAKHUSHEV: TOO EARLY TO THINK ABOUT NATIONAL TEAM

Saturn 24-year-old defender Ruslan Nakhushev deserved a
spot in the Russian national team squad by his performance for the Moscow
region club.
"Nobody could imagine that we would finish the season on the eleventh
place", said Nakhushev to Sport Express. "After the fifth place
in the previous campaign, we assessed the team's chances, and we were
ready to fight for Premier League medals".
"Unfortunately, everything went wrong since the beginning of the
season. And when you fail to achieve expected result, you get nervous.
We are aware that we don't meet expectations of our supporters and management".
"Nevertheless we are looking into the future, as Jurgen Rober changes
the team. First of all he changes our minds and our way of thinking. He
tries to make us understand that we need to give our maximum during all
trainings, though it's hard to do at once".
"Jurgen changes our philosophy. He always underlines that we are
capable to achieve more".
"Take a look at the national team. The first thing that Guus Hiddink
did was changing of atmosphere in the team. He found common language with
each player and united them in one team".
"I always think about playing in the national team, but the question
is that I don't correspond to the national team level. I think I am not
so experienced player to be capped by the side coaching staff. Of course
I can get a call-up, but I want to grow professionally and be invited
to the national side when coaches really count on my services".
"I believe that I can put my dream into reality".
