Yesterday the Russian national team head coach Guus Hiddink gave a press-conference for Russian journalists. The Dutch specialist won the third consecutive match at the head of Chelsea.

"I like everything here, because conditions of work in Chelsea are perfect", said Hiddink. "The club does everything possible for progress of players both from the first team and reserves".

"One of my tasks in Russia is creation of the same infrastructure not only for the national team, but for the clubs and their players. I am convinced that it can be materialized".

"It's wonderful when young Russian players have an opportunity to play abroad. Players' exchange is always great, and we should make use of this chance".

"Zhirkov and Dzagoev are said to move to Chelsea soon. CSKA and Zenit impress football experts around the world, and these clubs and our national team promoted growth of Russia's authority. But I won't discuss any particular players".

"I don't call players to move to England. I think that players need to get experience of playing not only in English championship, but in Spanish, Italian and German leagues too. Roman Pavlyuchenko seems to get used to the new life, while Andrei Arshavin is just adapting to his new career, but both of them leave pleasant impression".

"I feel comfortable in London. I have to part between three cities - London, Moscow and Amsterdam, it's hard but I like them all".

"I got acquainted with Roman Abramovich long time ago and thanks to my work in Chelsea we see each other more often. Roman is really interested in the club's development, he often visits out trainings. We also have many subjects for discussion taking into account his interest in the Russian national team".

"We have already started preparations for the World Cup qualifiers. We have a clear vision of those players, who will be a part of our preparations, as I keep an eye on them. I contact with my assistants Alexandr Borodyuk and Igor Korneev, whom I fully trust".

"Meanwhile Dick Advocaat is rumored to head Russian national team, but I state that I am not going to drop my job halfway. I opened the World Cup-2010 qualifying campaign with Russia and I need to finish my job. The second half of the year will be very tense, since we will play decisive games".

"I like my work in Chelsea, but I am going to stay there until May, while Russian team will be my priority concern".
