CSKA Moscow could win their fifth Russian Cup title in the previous seven years on Sunday, as they will meet Rubin Kazan at Khimki.

"We won the Russian Cup four time in seven years, however we are still hungry for victory", said CSKA goalkeeper Igor Akinfeev to Sport Express.

"Of course the Russian championship is the most significant competition, but the Cup is also very important. We reached the final match not for losing it. One of our main targets for this season is the Russian Cup victory and we are set to fulfill it".

"I watch only CSKA performance without paying attention to other clubs. We have a tense match schedule with a lot of crunch games, so I don't occupy my mind with other teams' news".

"CSKA is unpredictable this season, as we can beat the strongest teams and them lose to underdogs. I think that the main reason of it is that non-Moscow clubs are motivated for the games against us".

"There are not so many weak teams in our championship now, and pay attention that they steal points not only from CSKA".

"Kuban and Rostov defeated other clubs, which were tipped as favorites too. We just can be happy that our championship is so unpredictable".

"I suppose that both CSKA and Rubin know each other pretty well and we will set to win the final match. Rubin will try to win the Russian Cup for the first time in their history, while we will need to defend our title".

"I don't see any sense in recalling the Russian Super Cup between CSKA and Rubin. Tomorrow match will be absolutely different".
