KOLODIN: THREE POINTS WILL BE OUR MAIN TARGET IN HELSINKI

Defender of the Russian national team and Dynamo Denis Kolodin states that Russian national team has no right to lose points in Helsinki on June 10.

"For me it would be better if the national team's training session would have started a couple of days earlier", said Kolodin. "I had to miss the previous Premier League match through suspension, but I kept on training on individual program at our base in Novogorsk".

"But anyway it's strange to train without your partners. You need to deserve holidays, but we have just opened the new season and it's too early to relax".

"Ahead of our match against Zenit I said that I was at my peak form, but the played not a very good game. In fact the whole team played well then and gave almost no chances to our competitors".

"I know that I can play even better. Andrey Kobelev pointed out my mistakes and I paid my attention to them too. I need to try to get rid of them in future".

"I don't know why I don't always show my best level of football, and I would like to play better".

"Dynamo sealed two consecutive victories and they made us more self-confident. Before our match with Zenit we played neither good nor bad, while our victories set us to continue our success".

"I knew that we can demonstrate attractive football, and we needed to overcome our unsuccessful period. Our game with Zenit became a good sign, because it let us understand that we are moving in the right direction".

"I can't say that missed the national team very much. At the beginning of the season I was returning to my best form. During our preparations in March, when I missed matches against Azerbaijan and Liechtenstein, coaches told me to get ready for the next training session".

"Now I think only about our rivalry with the German side for the top-spot in our qualifying group. IF we want to head the group standings, it's necessary to beat our opponents Finland, Wales, Azerbaijan, Liechtenstein and Germany. But if we lose points in Helsinki, it will be very hard to fight for the top spot".

"Having lost points in Helsinki Germany outplayed all their rivals, including Wales in away clash. Russia will have to play against Wales, so we have no right to fail in Helsinki".
