DAVYDOV: BYSTROV WILL REINFORCE ZENIT
Spartak and Zenit slowed down negotiations concerning
Vladimir Bystrov's move to St. Petersburg side.

Negotiations between Spartak and Zenit on the halfback Vladimir
Bystrov's return to St. Petersburg haven't brought any results. According
to Sport Express information Zenit caretaker Anatoliy Davydov, the head
of the team Vladislav Radimov, Alexandr Anyukov and Igor Denisov believe
that Bystrov can reinforce their squad.
Possibly the two sides will continue negotiations before closure of transfer
window. Moreover Bsytrov is said to settle down conditions of the contract
with his former club.
"I have certain information about possible comebacks of Bystrov and
Kerzhakov", said Anatoliy Davydov. "If they join us they will
reinforce our roster".
"We all remember that Zenit demonstrated inspiring football two years
ago. But at that time we had such players as Arshavin, Pogrebnyak and
Tymoschuk in the squad".
"Kerzhakov and Bystrov grew older during these years and they can
help us get out of our failing streak".
