"This match was very difficult," said the forward
of Arsenal. "After the nervous beginning we seemed to take control
over the game and the last twenty minutes of the first half had an advantage."
"But in the break we changed our scheme a bit, reorganized not very
correctly and let the Welsh tie the score."
"Thanks Lord we scored in the moments we needed and did not give
chances to opponent to score. Thanks a lot to those who kicked the ball
out of the empty goal."
"As you could see in the second half I almost just existed on the
pitch. My task was not to stand in the way of my teammates."
"Although the coaches did not substitute me, probably they were waiting
for another assist. But as you could see one was enough. My partners managed
without me. I will save something for the future."
"In our team I want to distinguish Renat Yanbaev. He really had a
wonderful match."
"We have secured a second place in the group and on 10 October we
will compete with Germany for the first one. I like it."
"Now the match in Moscow will be really decisive - the one we wanted.
I hope it will be a real football festival for Russian supporters."
