Russian national team goalkeeper Vladimir Gabulov returned
to his club in good mood as he is set to do everything possible not to
spoil it.
"Constant long-distance flights are maybe the most difficult things
in our job", said Gabulov. "But taking into consideration that
they are often connected with the national team matters or participation
of my club in European competitions, it's easy to cope with them".
"I switched back to the club matters very quickly as we will have
to play one of the most interesting and important games of the season
on Sunday. Rivalry of Dynamo and Spartak is always very serious".
"Our meeting with the club management made us sure of our future.
And on the other hand it reminded us that we should solve targets set
before the season kick-off".
"Dynamo still has the goal to finish the season in the top three
and we understand that we must do everything necessary to fulfill it".
"The team's shareholders let us understand that Dynamo would strengthen
the squad considerably in winter transfer break".
"Our coming game against Spartak is very important firstly because
we need to find back our best football after a series of unsuccessful
performances. We are supposed to change the situation immediately".
"Secondly Spartak is one of the strongest opponents and one of our
main competitors for Premier League medals. Successful match against them
is the key moment in the title race".
"I am sure that two painful losses to Dynamo will make Spartak have
special mindset for our derby. They suffered two losses to Moskva this
season and everyone saw that they were eager to take revenge in the third
game against them".
"We want to end our series of failures. Moreover my partners had
enough rest and they are ready to forget all our failures".
