"I think that every match is important for the national
team even the one that plays no part," said Semak.
"One way or another the core of the team will remain when a new coach
comes. Every match is an opportunity for players to make a good display.
Moreover everybody knows that there are no friendlies with the Russian
team, they are all official."
"I think that Hiddink has the right to go to South Africa with a
different national team. He can do what he thinks right. This is my personal
opinion, and he is to decide."
"I do not think there will be any kind of farewell with the Dutch
coach. In a working atmosphere we will say goodbye to each other, without
shedding tears."
