"Despite our overwhelming victory, the match against
Argentina became the most difficult for us at the tournament", Low
said. "In general there cannot be any easy games at his stage of
the competition".
"Now we need to think about Spain. I am glad that almost all players
are ready to play in the semi-final with only Cacau having some health
problems. I am not sure whether he will be able to play on Wednesday".
"Honestly I don't have desire to take revenge upon Spain for our
defeat in Euro-2008 final. Moreover it would be wrong to compare these
tournaments. Spain had no rivals at Euroean Championship, while now situation
has changed a little bit, firstly because our team became much stronger".
"Now we have all grounds to hope that we will beat Spain in semi-final.
Vicente del Bosque's team proved their high level both in qualification
round and in South Africa. I would even say that comparing with Argentina,
Spain has several players like Messi. First of all I mean their attacking
line".
"Unlike England or Argentina Spanish team make a few mistakes. They
have strong players, who perform for Barcelona and Real, and at the same
time they act as a team".
"To my mind both Germany and Spain win due to their wise tactics
and amazing football. We had four-five weeks to work out our tactics,
and taking into account that our team is rather young there won't be any
problems".
"We are not worried about lack of experience, and it's interesting
what we will achieve at World Cup and it doesn't matter which place we
will win there".
"Last year I watched many games of other national teams trying to
take the best sides for my team. Of course I paid much attention to English
and Spanish championships. If we make Spain make mistakes, we will beat
them".
