"My journey to South Africa was rather short, I spent
there only three last days," said Sorokin. "I visited the final
and I liked it a lot both the match and the atmosphere at the stadium.
Everything weте very well."
"The success of Spain did not come as a surprise at all. Many people
predicted their victory from the very start. Moreover the Spaniards allocated
their strength properly and were in their best form by the decisive matches.
Though I am not the right person to sum up the sports results."
"Many people share the view that the South Africans organized the
tournament very well. It is wonderful that the first in history of the
Black continent World Cup was on such a high level."
"Of course there were some problems at the start but they were solved
rather quickly. For example they have rearranged the system of corteges
for VIPs."
"As for us we have gained much experience. Thanks to FIFA all the
countries who sent the bids for the future World Cups had an opportunity
to send their observers to the World Cup."
"The program was very tense. Every day - new city. Our representatives
have examined the stadiums, visited the fan-fests, and watched the organization
of the tournament from the inside. We will by all means use the information
we acquired."
